Orders
An order is not binding upon 440live.com until it is accepted; 440live.com must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with 440live.com. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a variable rate of (market rate) per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

Prices & Availability
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when and where discovered by 440live.com, but 440live.com reserves the right to refuse any order, revoke any published offer and correct any errors or inaccuracies, including those discovered subsequent to the submission of an order, and whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, 440live.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Please note that the policies of your credit card issuer will determine when this amount is credited to your account. 440live.com does not warrant or make any representation about the substance, quality, functionality, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or any other representation about any third party site or its contents.

All 440live.com products are manufactured by Group Pro Audio. If product is not already assembled, the product is manufactured in it's entirety by Group Pro Audio and may take between 7 - 21 working days to fulfill order. Orders are manufactured in the order they come in, therefore no order gets special treatment.
